Developed an interactive P&L analytics dashboard to evaluate DrugStoreCo's financial performance across German states and multiple years. Transformed financial data into executive-level KPIs and visualizations covering revenue, COGS, gross profit, operating expenses, net income, profit margins, and regional store distribution. Implemented interactive filtering and comparative visualizations to enable rapid identification of profitability trends, cost drivers, and regional performance differences.
